Children Missing Education - Winter 2022/23
In Sunderland, two learning reviews (Child FC and Child Laura) have underlined the potential impact of disrupted education and of how vulnerable children can be when home educated.The question was posed to those in attendance,
'How do we ensure we safeguard children when they are missing education?'
On Thursday 20th October, we held a morning for practitioners from a range of partner agencies and roles to come together to discuss issues concerning Children Missing Education in Sunderland.
